Cinderella
Online Cinderella Tales
Overview Welcome to the mystical, magical world of Cinderella, or so you think. Step into a world where good battles evil, and no magical fairy godmother comes to the rescue. Many, many countries from around the world have their own versions of Cinderella, which reveals a lot about literary elements in fairy tales and about world cultures. Read the 1812 1st Edition of Cinderella as told by Jacob and Wilhelm Grimm. Then use the graphic organizer to compare and contrast it to a Cinderella tale from another culture--your choice. Warning: once you start reading the different versions, you can't stop. QUIA vocabulary games will help you to learn the vocabulary that goes with The Grimm Brother's version of Cinderella unit. Click on "Quia" and go play.
