Plot Plot
Elements of Plot

 Plot is the pattern of events in a story. Plot development usually consists of these elements:

  1. exposition
  2. conflict (rising action)
  3. climax
  4. falling action
  5. resolution

 

 

 

 

Literature Circle Project Options:

You may pick from any options below as a project on your book.  Discuss the components of plot: setting, characters, conflicts, climax, resolution.  Each member in the group will need to select one option: quote discussion, favorite scene, author's purpose, title connections, text-to-self, text-to-text, text-to-world, etc.)  for each member in the group. 

 

Glogster: Design a multimedia poster, which consists of text, pictures, and videos.

 

 

 

 

Prezi: Create an prezi presentation, like PowerPoint, only it is designed online, so each of you can work on the same file.

 

Voice Thread: Voice thread allows you to use pictures to discuss and present the book.  You may contribute throught writing or voice recordings.  A video tutorial will help you to learn how to use Voice Thread.
